So anyone is wondering, yes this is a custom, no automatic download is glitched so you need to manually download. Currently there is a texturing glitch that is being worked on though. Remember, Cha0s Custom Maps isn't the primary server for normal game play. It's kinda like how v1 was converted to a "goof off" server once we had v2 up.
