| Try melatonin! Definitely use it for the first time before a day where you dont have much to do. One pill (3mg each) would knock out an old boss for 12 hours, and he'd be groggy the whole next day. I would take two for eight hours of sleep. You can get them at a local grocery store pretty cheaply. | |
